The RSK-S tipping chip container for forklifts is used for collecting and transporting bulk materials of all kinds. Especially when a separation of solids and liquids is necessary, a chip container is ideal. Due to integrated rollers in the chassis, the tipping container achieves an extremely low overall height even with a set of wheels.

The chip tipping bin features a screen block insert and a drain cock for easy separation of liquids from solids. The screen can be removed for easy cleaning. Its low profile makes it ideal as an auxiliary bin on any machine.

The emptying process is child's play. When the cable pull is released, for example from a forklift truck, the skip automatically swings forward, empties, swings back and locks again. The tipping process runs over roll-off skids, which enables tipping that is gentle on the forklift. An additional chain safety device prevents slipping off the forks.

The chip tipping containers are available with volumes from 300 to 1000 liters and are welded oil- and water-tight. Thanks to a 3 mm steel plate with all-round edge reinforcement and a base frame construction made of U-profile with cross reinforcements, the self-tipper is very durable and robust.
