Chip Dump Truck RUK-S 100

The RUK-S chip bin for forklifts is used for collecting and transporting bulk materials of all kinds. Especially when a separation of solids and liquids is necessary, a chip bin is ideal. Therefore, recycling or the use of recyclable materials is a popular application of these universal tipping containers.

The chip tipping bin features a perforated double bottom and a drain cock for easy separation of liquids from solids. After the liquid is drained, the solids remain in the chip bin, which can then be easily dumped. The raised floor can be removed for easy cleaning. Its low height makes it ideal as an auxiliary container on any machine.

The interceptor shear with tension spring between the bin bottom and the base frame enables smooth emptying of the bulk materials. Unlocking by cable pull from the forklift seat saves a lot of time and is also gentle on the body and safe. An additional chain safety device prevents slipping off the forks.

Thanks to a 3 mm steel plate with all-round edge reinforcement and a base frame made of 6 mm steel plate with cross reinforcement, the chip tipping container is very durable and robust.
